1 Billion Followers Summit 2026 – Terms & Conditions
By registering for or attending the 1 Billion Followers Summit 2026 (the “Summit”), you (“Attendee”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket or participating in the event.
1. Registration & Ticketing
- Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the Organizer in writing.
- Attendees who purchase more than one ticket (e.g., group bookings, guest tickets) are required to download and use the official 1B Summit App to manage tickets, assign guest access, and receive event credentials. Failure to use the app may result in delayed check-in or inability to transfer tickets to other attendees.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any Attendee violating these Terms or the event Code of Conduct.
2. Ticket Inclusions & Workshops
- Each ticket type includes specific entitlements (e.g., access to keynotes, networking sessions, and/or a limited number of workshops) as described on the official ticketing page at the time of purchase.
- Not all ticket types include access to workshops, masterclasses, or special sessions — please review your ticket benefits carefully before purchase.
- Where included, the number of workshops you may attend is capped per ticket type (e.g., 2, 3, or unlimited sessions). This limit will be clearly displayed in the ticket description.
- Workshop access is subject to capacity and requires prior RSVP through the official 1B Summit App.
- RSVPs are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmed RSVP does not guarantee entry if you arrive late or after the session begins.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a session you RSVP’d for will count toward your workshop limit and may result in loss of access to additional workshops if your limit is reached.
- The Organizer reserves the right to adjust workshop capacity, timing, or availability at its discretion.
